There is a mixture of Christian education and social events for adults and families.
Adult Education
Book studies held regularly throughout the year.
Discussion sessions are held regularly on a variety of topics. Recent topics have included human sexuality, Christian spirituality, the missional church, and theological reflection on Hollywood films.
Mentorship Program – adult mentors connect with youth to help them learn about the Presbyterian faith, in preparation for the possibility of affirming their baptism.
Multi-faith events – we are avid participants in interfaith dialogue. Our last event (February 2018) featured a discussion about living one's faith in Calgary from Muslim, Jewish and Christian perspectives. These events are held in conjunction with the Calgary Interfaith Council, which was the 2017 winner of the King Abdullah II UN World Interfaith Harmony Week 1st Prize.
Volunteering – many opportunities to give back to the community, be involved with others.
Social Events
Luncheons (Souper Sundays, Chili Sundays) held regularly throughout the year after church
Inter-Generational Events such as games nights and weekend camping trips take place.
Special Events – various events such as Shrove Tuesday pancake supper
